Katie and Luke were married on a gorgeous, snowy wintery day. When I saw the snow falling down that morning, I looked up to the sky with a huge smile, with gratitude and happiness. It was going to be a beautiful day, I could already feel it. They had a great lineup of vendors, all who did an amazing job. Not to mention, all the hard work and hours put in by Katie, Luke, and their families. They did the invitations, table numbers, and all paper details themselves, and the amazing ceremony arch, which you’ll see in a bit, was made by Katie’s dad from trees from their land. I just love all of their wintery, woodsy, yet unmistakably glam details. Their ceremony was held at Dimnent Memorial Chapel on the campus of Hope College in Holland, reception was at Harbourfront Grand Hall in Grand Haven. Katie’s bouquet and the rest of the gorgeous flowers were done by Ludemas. Love!

The girls got their hair done at Panopoulos Salon in Holland

Katie had her makeup done by the lovely and talented Julie Strating.

Tip for brides with all those lovely little buttons: crochet hook! We used these on my dress too :)

And the moment when a bride really feels like a bride: the veil.

For their First Look, Katie walked down the aisle to Luke. One of my favorite moments of the day, and it is so easy to see why. ::swoon!::

We braved the outdoors for some romantic, snowy shots. Well, THEY braved the cold. I was wearing a sweaterdress, cozy tights & boots! But the light, the snowflakes… ah, SO worth it!

I can’t get enough of her bouquet, seriously!

I love a dramatic veil!

Let’s get the rest of the bridal party out here! Such a fun, great-looking group! The deep purple tea-length dresses were a perfect choice, along with the vintagey pendant necklaces and peep-toe pumps. Fabulous!

The guys were well-accessorized as well! Diggin’ the socks, men!

I took just a couple more photos of Katie, just before she walked down the aisle ~

One of everyone’s favorite moments of the day – Luke played the piano during the ceremony. So romantic!

Sparkler sendoff!! <3

Lovely little white cake by Connie’s Cakes. And again, those beautiful flowers from Ludemas! Music provided by Ryan Shine of Top 5 Entertainment.

All the candles, twigs, and paper details came together so beautifully for a warm, inviting reception

Each table had a different number, each with a story. Very cool!

I loved this for the seating chart!

Congratulations!! Wishing you the very best!
