I met high school sweethearts Kendra and Joe in one of my favorite little corners of Grand Rapids for their engagement session. They drove up from their hometown just for the session, and made a date of it with dinner at a local pub afterwards. I loved the clothes they brought with them, they were so fitting to their personalities… fun and bright! We chatted the entire time and really enjoyed each others company. It was crazy-hot out, the sun was in our eyes, and we did a lot of walking (with Kendra in new heels!) but they were totally awesome about it and we ended up with great images! They’re going to have a fun, big wedding this fall, and I absolutely can’t wait for it :)
