Hello and welcome to the K. Holly Photography Blog! I'm so glad you're here! ((hugs!)) I'm Kristen Holly Carlson, a Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is my photo blog, continuously updated with my most recent weddings and sessions, along with a few personal stories and a behind the scenes look at what I do. Check back often!

JoAnne and Joe have a closeness that’s hard to describe… they have a comfort and understanding of each other that you can actually feel just by being near them. It’s love, and it’s true. This warm June evening was perfect for their session, with the stillness of the air wrapped around them…

While JoAnne was changing, this crazy goose came up and started harassing Joe. He came right up to him, demanding food. But if we tried to get closer to him, he’d hiss at us. Crab. :P
