Another rainy day here in West Michigan! We met at a sweet little park by my house with a boardwalk that winds through the woods along a little creek. When we first started, we had this incredible thick hazy morning light, it was beautiful! Then it darkened, sprinkled, and then rained, rained rained! Luckily, they came prepared with an umbrella. It was perfect for the feel of their session – these two were so romantic and sweet, the rain was the perfect complement. Nice as it was, we’re all hoping for a nice clear day this weekend… their wedding is this Saturday! :)
This pink scarf was an important detail to include in their session – the evening Justin proposed, he asked her to wear it. She had a feeling something was up when he was specific about her attire ;)

They ended their session with a quick splash in the creek – we were already soaked, so why not? :) Fun!
