Kristin + Dan { engaged! }

I so loved this session.  I so love Kristin and Dan!  He is funny, handsome and sweet, she is gorgeous, stylish, and totally in love. We met on a weekday evening, a chilly, drizzly evening.  Boo!  But we rocked it out anyway, playing on the rooftop and running through the streets ~

We warmed up in the car on the way to the country club where they’ll be holding their reception this coming August.  And then, the clouds opened up and gorgeous evening sunlight started pouring out.  I squealed with happiness, Kristin dropped her coat, and it was ON!   :)

And the LIGHT!  Ohmygoodness, I could barely stand it.  If you’re a regular blog reader, you may have noticed that I really like to play with light.  I like to pull it in my lens, let it bounce around and shine and make shapes.  I love LIGHT and I love LOVE!   Ah, these pictures… they have my heart  :)

This is not an image that would pass under ANY of the traditional photography rules.  But just look at it.  Look into it.  Let it surround you with love and beauty and light and warmth and spirit.  Feel it?
