Amanda and Danny live out in Colorado, so although we had chatted a few times on the phone and exchanged a few emails, we hadn’t actually met each other until just a few weeks ago. They came home to Michigan over Thanksgiving for their wedding, (which will be next on the blog!) and scheduled their engagement session just two days before it. They were jet-lagged, exhausted, hadn’t slept in nearly 24 hours, and still had those last few wedding plans to finalize. They landed in Detroit and then got in a car and drove all the way out to Grand Rapids for this session. Talk about determination!! Top it all off, it was freezing out, and we were losing daylight fast. The three of us put our game faces on and rocked the living crap out of this session! It’s one of my favorites ever, and just wait until you see the wedding!

Ahh, love that sweet romantic stuff :) And fun ones too! What better way to end an engagement session than by jumping around and acting all goofy in front of a jazzy blue wall?
