Hello and welcome to the K. Holly Photography Blog! I'm so glad you're here! ((hugs!)) I'm Kristen Holly Carlson, a Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is my photo blog, continuously updated with my most recent weddings and sessions, along with a few personal stories and a behind the scenes look at what I do. Check back often!

I love how every couple inspires me, and makes me see differently, work differently, and edit differently to create a vision. Stacey and I talked quite a bit before their engagement session about ideas, details, and an overall look. We were thinking country vintage. Romance and natural glamour. With my pink loveseat, their handmade quilt, and little antique details. When we arrived and put all of those ideas together, it was magic! We had SUCH a great time together, I really loved working with them! They have such a great sense of style, and they love to laugh, laugh, laugh! We giggled through most of their session, in between these wispy romantic moments…
